Representatives of Women in Transition House, the Auto Value Group and FredFM presented a dozen female victims of family violence with donated and reconditioned cars, vans and even a pickup on Thursday night. A recipient of a vehicle from last year's event told the gathering how important the donation was to her and her child: "When you're having a bad day...you can look out the window and see that people care."

Bending the Bard In the Box???: An Evening of Skewed Shakespeare Scenes and Blueberry Cr??me Br??l??e Dessert will run from Thursday, August 23rd to Saturday, August 25th in the Black Box Theatre with an 8:00 pm start each night.
